phase is built to keep you informed, involved, and confident from the very first conversation through the final walk-through.
Step1. IMAGINE
We start with an in-home consultation. We’ll come to you, walk your space, and talk through your wants, needs, and hopes for the remodel — with no pressure and no obligation.
Together, we’ll discuss the most effective ways to achieve your project goals and explore options that make the most of your space and budget.
Based on the scope of your project, we’ll provide an approximate price range drawn from the history of our most recent comparable projects.
Step2. DESIGN
If you feel we’re the right fit, the next step is signing a design agreement — a service priced based on your project type and size. This gets your project onto our schedule and officially kicks things off.
We walk you step-by-step through every material and fixture selection — cabinetry, tile, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting — so nothing is left to guesswork.
Your completed design includes full 3D renderings of your space and all necessary building schematics —
giving you an accurate construction quote, not just a rough estimate.
Step3. BUILD
With your design finalized and reviewed, the final step is signing the construction contract. Once signed, we place your project onto our production schedule.
We handle all scheduling and job site coordination — managing every trade, every delivery, and every detail so you never have to chase anyone down.
Our goal throughout construction is to make the process as stress-free as possible. We keep you informed and involved while handling the heavy lifting ourselves.
